David Brown - Chairman David AH Brown FNZIM, Non Executive Chairman of Acclipse Limited has a background in a wide range of business enterprises throughout New Zealand. Former Managing Director of diversified publicly listed Amuri Corporation Limited and previously a director of Mazda Motors NZ Ltd, NZ Vehicle Finance Limited, Regina Confectionery Limited, CA-Systems Limited. He is currently Chairman of Maven International Limited, Director of Gough Holdings Limited, Maxnet Limited and Port Marlborough Limited, and is a member of/Board of Management of Tulloch Transport Limited. |

Mike Chisholm - CEO Mike's background includes several years in a chartered accounting practice, voluntary work in a Nepalese medical mission, financial controller of a medium-sized New Zealand business and one of the founders of CA-Systems. Mike considers the experience gained from growing and leading CA-Systems from a $1,200 startup to a $22 million sale to MYOB Limited as invaluable. |

Stephanie has been with Acclipse from the beginning, and in her role as Operations Manager is committed to ensuring Acclipse provides the best technology-based, value-add solutions for accountants and their clients, while providing a level of customer service that exceeds expectations. Stephanie has been involved in the software industry since joining CA-Systems in 1997, where Stephanie was responsible for a team of people developing, supporting and selling the CA-Systems range of accounting software for businesses. Following the sale of CA-Systems to MYOB, Stephanie took on a product manager role in the global development team based in Melbourne, before returning to New Zealand in 2001 as the National Sales Manager. |

Daniel was the first official employee of CA-Systems Ltd back in 1990. During Daniel's time with CA-Systems he was responsible for the overall technical design of Accountants Office and MYOB BankConnect. Daniel attends numerous overseas technical training conferences to ensure he keeps abreast of the latest technological advances. He aims to develop quality products that add further value to the services you offer your clients. |
